"Poes Final Days",claims that Poe died of taking too much alcohol. The article said that he was very vulnerable and when Mr.Sondgrass saw him. He said that Poe was a complete mess. Before Poe died he kept on saying a name. A family member wanted him to be checked into a hospital because when Poe like to drink and at those moments was very abusive.
The next article "If Onle Poe Had Succeded When He Said Nevermore to Drink". They say that Egdar Allen Poe might have died from intoxication. Then there is a theory that he might have gotten rabies. There was not eveidence of a bite or scratch to have rabies.
In "Poe's Death Is Rewritten as Care of Not Telltale Alcohol". This article says that studies suggest that he dided from rabies not alcohol. Dr.Henry Wilde says he had all the features of rabies. Mr.Jerome said Poe did not die of alcohol. This article states that he died from rabies.
The article "Rabies Death Theory" states that he might have died from rabies. Does not say that his cat could have given him rabies. But at that time they knew how rabies were transmitted but took no action. Also, at that time period animal vaccination was not available.
My theory is he dies from rabies. When someone is drunk they either throw up and don't have energy. Egdar Allen Poe on the other hand would not calm down, then all of a sudden would want to start a fight. Also, a doctor said that his brain swoll up which was a symptom of rabies. Maybe he died of intoxication, but rabies seems logical because of all the evidence.

The Meaning of Tragedy
The tragedy of Romeo and Juliet stretches beyond the fact that they killed themselves for the love of each other. It stems from personal beliefs of a group of people being judgemental towards one another.
The family dynamics between the Capulet's and the Montague's were the same yet different. Each believed that they were the better than others , and deserved the best. Therefore they taught their children to be discriminatory towards other people that didn't belong to their family name. They treated others as an outcast and even fought with them
For a child to be taught to hate others that aren't exactly like them is unfortunate. It sets them up for having allot of enemies that don't personally know them. It makes them look down on people they've never met or gotten the chance to know.
This hatred caused dishonesty with Romeo and Juliet because they had to sneak around to see each other. Being accepted by ones parents in what you so is important to a young persons purpose in life.
Unfortunately because of the circumstances their parents put them in before they were born, it caused them to lie and hide their feelings for each other . This caused their untimely deaths because of the discrimination put upon them before they had a chance to make their OWN decisions in life. The way a child is taught and raised can make a person a positive or negative influence for the rest of their life.

this semester we learned about the hero's journey. The first book of the hero's journey that we read was The Afterlife because Chuy had just gotten stabbed in a night club by a guy with yellow shoes on the night that he was on a date with a hot girl from his school.And during the book chuy dicovers that everyone liked him and he also found someone that he loved while dead.
the second book that we read was The Odyssey. The Odyssey is about wily odysseus who tries to get home from the war in troy but instead of taking him the planned number of years to get home he takes 20 years. And during his trip home he encounters a cyclops and goddesses. when he finally gets back home he finds out that the suiters are trying to marry his wife because they think that he is dead. So then Odysseus kills them all for not being loyal to him and his family.

I will never forget the "Hero's Journey". The "Hero's Journey" is a way to show the beginning of the character and the end result. You can also use it to show the plot of the story. The "Hero's Journey" makes so much sense to me. You could build any type of story with a "Hero's Journey".
The Hero's Journey begins with the seperation, and that is where the main character gets "called" to do something and leaves to pursue it. Then it goes to the Initiation, where the problem of the story usually happens. Then some sort of mentor helps the character "transform" into a better person. Return is last, and in the return stage the character comes back or does something to make the world a better place.
A good example of the Hero's Journey is The Odyssey. In this story Odysseus, goes to war and is trying to get home. On the way home problems arise. Wen he found lying in the floor suffocating, next to abr called Boltenmore. Poe was taking to the hospital knowing what was going on, He was reported to have gone in (Boltenmore Hospital) wher the windows wher formed gothical. The docter that treated hem was named Dr. John J. Moran. He was 26 years old that was a docter for all kinds of deases in those times. He also one of the people that seen Poe die in the hospital. He amidatly called hes wife and doughter they both preyed for Poe, during those last hours. Poe statices wher pore, had feaver, and was suffocating slowly as he was answering quistions to Fr. John. Oaccording to Dr.John, Poe had died coused by rabies a rare deases. For most Amiricans in the U.S in 1800's peopl died quickly iether by rane, or wind. No one realy knows how he died, but "personatly I think it wan't neither I think he died becouse someone killed hem for the couse of mony or problems that he had during hes life time.

Chuy was stabbed by a guy wearing yellow shoes. After he was stabbed he notice that his seperated from his body. Then he went exploring the town. Chuy visit his friend Angel. Angel can feel the present of Chuy.
Chuy meet a girl named Crystal when he was wondering. Chuy was devating if he should go with Crystal or go back home. Chuy found out taht his killer had the same namwe as him. He also found out that a name Fausto work with the killer.
Fausto and the killer stealed biked from kids. Chuy want to take revenge but he cant because he was dead. Chuy did was breathe a cold air from his face. Chuy went to his house to see his parents.
Chuy found out that his mom want to take revenge and told his cousin Eddy to kill the killer of Chuy. Chuy mom give a towel but inside was a gun. Eddy told Chuy mom that he doesnt want to do it. At funeral Eddy give the gun back at Chuy's mom.
Chuy was starting to fade away. Chuy went to a Raider game before he meet back with Crystal. Then Chuy went to his grandpa tomb to say sorry he did when he was a kid. Chuy meet back with Crystal.
